In October 2023, ZONDERWERK was artist in residence in the city of Eeklo. We collected works of arts from people’s homes: a painting from the grandmother, a piece they made themselves, it could be anything.

We made sound compositions based on a selection. We passed these scores on to the Eeklo Art Academy and they created new works based on our sounds.

In May 2024 ZONDERWERK played these soundtracks as a concert, together with  the paintings on display.
